New platform to be launched on October 18 in Fortaleza (CE) during International Forum
Brasilia DF) - On Wednesday morning (15.05), the Association of Notaries and Registrars of Brazil (Anoreg / BR) received the state Anoregs and member institutes at a meeting in Brasília (DF), to present details of the new Apostille System, which will be launched in October of 2019, in Fortaleza (CE), during the 11º International Forum on the Electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the Hague Conference on Private International Law (HCCH).
The entities that participated in the meeting will follow the development of all the stages of the system so that it is tested and finalized before the official launch for use of the extrajudicial registries. In addition, details were given on the financial aspects of development.
The meeting was led by the vice president of Anoreg / BR and president of Anoreg / PB, Germano Carvalho Toscano de Brito and was attended by the president of Anoreg / MT, José de Arimatéia, the president of the Notary College of Brazil - Federal Council (CNB / CF), Paulo Roberto Gaiger Ferreira; Arion Toledo Cavalheiro Junior, the director of the Institute for the Registration of Titles and Documents and Legal Entities of Brazil (IRTDPJ Brazil), Hercules Alexandre da Costa Benicio, the director of the National Association of Natural Persons Registrars (Arpen Brasil), Arion Toledo Cavalheiro Junior, technology of CNB / CF, Renato Martini, and Superintendent of Anoreg / BR, Fernanda Castro.
